Kathleen Anderson
I received my B.A. in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from Loyola College in Maryland and then went on to get my Masters in Communication Disorders from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating, I moved back home to New York to begin my career. I love working with young children with speech-language and feeding disorders. I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am happy to be a part of this school community and look forward to another great school year.

Karen Fassbender Karen Fassbender

Karen Fassbender has been a social worker for the past sixteen years. She has worked with early intervention and preschool children since receiving her social work license in 1994. In 2005 she received her SDA and SAS in educational administration. Working with children has always been her passion. She started Early Link, PLLC in 2006 and is proud that Early Link is able to provide speech therapy and counseling services to early intervention and preschool children. Early Link is fortunate to be able to conduct their early intervention groups at Windsor Academy. Early Link’s staff loves working in the school environment and have felt so welcomed by Rita Epstein and her staff. Early Link also provides early intervention evaluations at the parents request and by referral from the Orange County Dept. of Health. Karen Fassbender has two daughters, ages 8 and 10 who attended Windsor Academy’s Universal Pre-K program as well. Karen, her husband, two daughters and dog Sammy currently live in New Windsor.

Cathy Walker

After receiving my B.A. in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, I went on to acquire my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. After establishing myself as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I started a family which includes my wonderful husband and three young children. My free time is spent with my family and friends whether it be at sporting and school events or beach vacations. I really enjoy providing speech-language therapy to the children of this school.
